ELECTRONIC COURT ROOM MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
EGSM implements the digital administration of all required court and session information. It welcomes, navigates and informs parties, attorneys and visitors regarding sessions taking place, in a clear and regulation-compliant manner. All required data is automatically acquired via interfaces to existing, specialized court software (e.g. ForumSTAR, Justus, EUREKAFach, Fokus, etc.) using encrypted communication. This acquisition is done in real time and is integrated into the service workers workflow without overhead. The intuitive and easy-to-use workflow requires minimal training for service workers when integrating EGSM into their daily routine.
Inside the court room, presiding judges or court recorders have the option to use an equally intuitive user interface to start or stop sessions, to open or close the current session, to update the session regarding time and dispatch as well as receive electronic notes from the court registries.

Verwaltungsoberfläche
Die Verwaltungsoberfläche des EGSM zeichnet sich insbesondere durch eine intuitive Bedienung aus und erlaubt die einfache, automatisiert unterstützte Pflege und Verwaltung sämtlicher relevanter Sitzungsdaten. Sie erlaubt gleichzeitig die zentrale Verwaltung einer Vielzahl an Gerichten (Mandantenfähigkeit) bei entsprechenden Berechtigungsstrukturen/Authentifizierungen.
Digital session display
Electronic doorsigns at the respective court rooms replace the traditional agenda publication and display sessions taking place in that specific room on that day with the required legal information about the session itself and its parties to the proceedings. For fast and easy information gathering for parties, attorneys and visitors, the current session in progress is highlighted and based on the sessions openess to the public it will be color-coded green for open and red for closed sessions. It is also possible to display additional information about a shift in time or location as well as possible recesses or a session having ended.
Court room manager
Inside the court room presiding judges or court recorders have the option to use an intuitive user interface to start or stop sessions, to open or close the current session, to update the session regarding time and place as well as receiving electronic notes from the court registries. Changes made via this application are broadcasted to the system and update the corresponding doorsigns and overview displays in realtime.
Digital session overview
One or more wall-mounted, large-format displays or free-standing display-solutions strategically placed in the entrance areas serve as information and guidance system. These display all of the current days sessions with relevant information and their court rooms and room numbers.
