Electronic court room management system (EGSM; Elektronisches Gerichtssaalmanagement-System): The electronic court room management system represents the logical, digital completion of modern court room equipment, both inside and in front of the court room, so that E-Justice doesn‘t stop at an electronic file.

EGSM implements the digital administration of all required court and session information. It welcomes, navigates and informs parties, attorneys and visitors regarding sessions taking place, in a clear and regulation-compliant manner.

In use for 10 years

In 2008/2009 the first EGSM was installed at FG/LAG Stuttgart. Since then the system has continuously been developed further and has ultimately – in cooperation with the justice department – been tailored specifically to the requirements for the E-Justice implementation. This means: a cloud-/browser-based as well as (the only available) on-site-deployable application (for when highly sensitive data needs to be managed on your own servers)

Hardware

Electronic court room management system 

When implementing EGSM we collaborate with a select group of hardware manufacturers whose products have proved they can provide the required sustainability for long-term implementation. In some cases, based on specific requirements, we also have developed custom hardware components with these partners.

Among criteria like vandalism security, fire security regulations or durability (24/7 operation, industry quality for displays) we also ensure that hardware components remain available for the foreseeable future (up to 10 years) which makes the hardware refreshment process reliably plannable.

Our portfolio encompasses individual consulting, application development as well as on-site implementation and additional subsequent servicing.
We are thus able to provide a fitting hardware implementation for every purpose and suitable to construction conditions on the premises. We will also assist you with our expertise in cases where you wish to keep using already acquired hardware components.
